Each private session will be tailored to meet your personal goals, health concerns, potential injuries, and spiritual levels.

Reiki Healing
"Universal Life-Force Energy". Reiki is a Japanese relaxation and stress reduction technique that also aids in healing. Third Eye Healing practices Usui Holy Fire Reiki. This new approach to Reiki uses a noticeably more refined energy which is channeled from a higher level of consciousness. The therapeutic effects of a Usui Holy Fire Reiki session will leave you feeling refreshed and energized days after your session. Release all that does not serve you, open your chakras, and receive the inner peace, wisdom, guidance, and healing that Reiki has to offer.

Sound Bath and Meditation
Sound Healing is a relaxation technique that helps reduce stress and anxiety, improve mental health, and even improve sleep. Through various frequencies and sonic vibrations, Sound Healing works to balance and heal the mind, body, and soul. Each Meditation and Sound Bath will be tailored to the client's unique spiritual journey and where they are in the present moment.

Integrative Trauma Coaching
Third Eye Healing is excited to offer Integrative Trauma Coaching to help you discover the innate wisdom and deep healing potential that lives inside your body. Through somatic therapy, mindfulness/meditation exercises, and biodynamic breathwork, Third Eye Healing is prepared to help you face your inner most demons so you may begin to heal. Integrative Trauma Coaching helps you become more rooted in your reality, allowing you to find a deeper connection and trust within yourself. Trauma work is exhausting and challenging. Allow Third Eye Healing to take away some of that burden so you may find your inner peace and start stepping into the life that you are meant to have.
